Product did not arrive with all its parts. I am not happy with the fact I just bought this and already have to pay for more parts in order for my product to be functional. The lack of professionalism will stop me from making future purchases.

Ive had this computer for a while now and its amazing for the price. The only problem Ive noticed is that every now and then it will randomly start glitching as if i was incoherently touching the track pad or screen. When this happens i usually turn of the computer and give it a minute. Its very annoying at times tho. Ive also noticed that the screen will glitch green for a slight second to sometimes. Purchased this for my daughter and her school January 3rd. Daughter liked it a lot. Touchpad stopped working in April. We could not get it reset and we were out of the 90 days after purchase

The item I received was not what was in the listing. I was sent a lower grade model that had less features than listed. I tried to use the item anyway and was not able to download many applications and what I was able to download did not work properly.

My daughter ordered this for her freshman year at. college. It’s got every feature she needs to be successful at school. She especially loves the touch screen and that it folds 360 degrees.
