I wish I could say if this computer works well or not but I can’t because it was barely charged when I received it I only got to use it for about one hour before it died out. I went to plug it in and the charger does not work. When I receive the computer it has a scuff mark on the back some kind of filthy residue on the screen and a damaged charger. Unfortunately I’m very disappointed

The product arrived in pristine condition better packaged than any other computer system that I have ever purchased before. This system is for my daughter who is in her final year of primary school. She seems excited and I hope that this system continues to exceed her expectations.

Awesome computer for my needs. Been using it for about a month or more. Battery is great! Only complaint I have is with the screen viewing angle. Its limited as to which angle you can see the screen. You almost have to be directly in front of it to see it perfectly bright and clear. Not directly but almost. Computer is very light for a 14 inch laptop, and its yoga style makes it easy to carry around. Its like having a king size tablet for quick demonstrations, graphs and videos. Before this I mainly used a 10 inch tablet for those business needs so having this was a huge upgrade for me. I use it as both a tablet and a laptop. I use it almost everywhere I go for my computing needs. Lighter than your typical laptop which is great.

Very sensitive

Unfortunately they keyboard had a bunch of sticky keys that wouldn’t move at all which made they keyboard unusable, it just didn’t work at all. Sent it back immediately!i changed my rating because of the free and easy return. I ordered a new one ( same one) and it’s great.

This is the perfect computer for middle / HS or even college. 14 screen gives plenty of room on the screen to view work. This was purchased refurbished, but there was no way of telling that from the quality that arrived.

Easy to use, and can register with hp!

While it is light useful for school. My son was only able to use for 1 and a half. It shut down and wouldnt charge and taking it to any repair shop cost 100 dollars just for diagnosis. Stupid purchase spend more get better product with warranty

This was an excellent buy for the money. It appeared to be brand new as there were no scratches or any flaws at all to the case. The touchscreen is not as sensitive as I would like, but thats just something I need to ger used to. The battery lasts a good long time, even while using for hours it maintains the charge very well. It has 2 usb c-ports, a mini sd port, a headphone port, and only 1 regular usb port. It is heavy compared to my Acer Chromebook that I had before this one, but the screen size is a little larger. I still think it could be lighter than it is, tho. Overall, I am very satisfied.
