Easy to manage, light weight, perfect size

Laptop has expired warranty. Spoke with HP to see if this could be fixed. HP said no as it was “re-sold by an unauthorized seller on Amazon”. The battery is totally defective and I have 0 recourse to get it fixed. I never would have purchased if I knew this “new” laptop had zero warranty. Beware and go for something else. What a headache :-(

As I would do with any new computer, spend a full day getting rid of the junk programs pre-installed and replace with my preferred programs, opt out of S mode (irrelevant that this laptop has Windows S, easy to switch), then customize to my liking. Finally! Now ready to use it. Its for work, no video games, no heavy draw on the CPU, but Ive noticed the battery only lasts barely past 3 hours! Since I use it at home not a problem, so overall happy with the convenience this provides

I will never buy electronics from third party vendors with Amazon. If the product was not what you were looking for and you have to return, they will charge you a re-stocking fee. What a ripoff! I received this laptop and opened it. The screen was too small and it felt so lightweight. I knew I wanted to return. The packaging wasnt exactly place back in box like it came, but no items were missing. That should not equate to charging people $100 to re package when the laptop costs $500 bucks. That is 20% of the price. I am so glad that Amazon was nice enough to refund me the $100. I honestly felt ripped off. I spend thousands of dollars on Amazon, so this was an item that just didnt work out, but to charge me $100 for a return. Really?! Never again.

Nice laptop

It is a very functional basic computer and seems to work very well.

I purchased this for my wife and it seems to be a pretty good laptop. The only issue is this particular one doesnt hold a charge at all. I let it charge for several hours only to see it was still at 0 percent. Now, this is advertised as a NEW laptop so I dont see how in the world it doesnt hold a charge. The minute I disconnect the charger it instantly dies. I will be requesting a replacement or a refund. This laptop couldnt have been tested prior to being shipped to us.

Unfortunately I had to return the PC. I liked all the features it had .but the seller cant know all the little glitches it may have developed during shipping .It is a nice pc for the money
