> 3 dayIf there are apps that you want to install on your laptop that are not blessed by Microsoft, you will have to leave Windows 10 Safe Mode to install the apps. A lot of people still order anti-virus software for Windows 10. Do you know that anti-virus software is included in Windows 10? Its called Windows Defender.

> 3 dayThis is a nice little portable laptop and is lightweight. Perfect for schooling or a beginner. I didnt realize when I bought that it wasnt a touch screen, which I loved with my other hp. And no 10key on the right. So needless to say I tried it out for a week and I am going back to the other hp laptop that is a little larger. It is a good beginner laptop though and it holds a little bit of info. So its not a bad one, you could get a better deal for a larger laptop that holds more info though! This was so expensive for what you get.

> 3 dayThis is a low quality and poorly made computer! I purchased this notebook less than a year ago to upgrade from my older model HP. Its much lighter and faster than my old one, which is what I was looking for, but now its started to come apart. Its only been lightly used; never dropped, damaged, or had anything heavy set on top of it, but the bottom corner of the screen frame is popping out and the cheap plastic hinge is broken. The more I use it, the worse the problem gets. HP has always been my preferred brand and I had my old HP for eight years without a single hardware/software issue, but they have obviously eliminated quality and durability in newer models. It should still be under a 1-year warranty but HP support conveniently doesnt recognize my serial number as valid and there doesnt seem to be anything I can do about it.
