> 3 dayI only gave this computer 3 stars because of the battery life. It was draining while completely shut down, but I updated the BIOS and that problem seems to be taken care of. Still, the battery life is much less than my ASUS ZenBook Flip. Other than that, I like this computer and I think it will do well for doing my schoolwork.

> 3 dayI really like this laptop because of the touch screen. I had to replace my desktop but don’t really like the “mouse” on a laptop. The touch screen made it just right for me. I can finally do away with my bulky desktop. My only negative is the battery life. I don’t use it a lot but it has to be recharged every day. It uses battery even if it is not turned own. I would still purchase even knowing the battery issues, but then I am accustomed to a desktop that never needs charging.

> 3 dayIts a great laptop so far. Though Ive hardly used it. My main problem is that they gave me the wrong one. I was given the 512 GB when I bought the 1 TB. I compared their CPUs online (they are different) and it comes up that the one I got instead is voted 3% better. Itll do as Im not that upset about it, but I wanted a TB of space specifically so I had enough storage for the projects I will work on. It is a very nice laptop however.

> 3 dayAs a college student I’m pretty dependent on a laptop for my work. This is my second HP laptop and I will not be buying another one. It can’t be off the charger for more than a couple hours of use and it freezes a lot. It takes forever to update, sometimes automatically which of course happens at bad times and it occasionally can’t do an update and then I have to wait for the changes to be undone. I would not recommend one to anyone.

> 3 dayNot good quality. Maybe I got a lemon. Too many glitches. Kept freezing and programs wouldnt load. I had to perform a PC reset twice and still didnt fix issues. I have an older Intel Core I5 that runs faster than this laptop. Touchscreen was great but overall not a good product.

> 3 dayI was very excited when my queue was populated with this laptop. I bought this exact version in 2018 for my wife for about 600$ on sale. There are only minor differences between the 2020 and 2018 version and they all contribute to a small increase in raw performance but nothing revolutionary.
