> 3 dayReally like my laptop. Perfect for work. Battery lasts long enough for me. The only thing is… I really wish the keyboard lit up but I guess that’s my bad for not making sure of that before I purchased. Other than that , I’m happy with my purchase. EDIT - it’s literally been one year since I purchased this laptop and it’s already malfunctioning. I barely use this laptop and it’s already messing up. The touchscreen has stopped working and now I cannot complete tasks I need to because of this. It’s been one year!!

> 3 dayThis is a very good computer that would be an excellent choice for most people as it is fairly in the middle as far as price, speed and power are concerned. It is a good weight, noticeably lighter than my high-end laptop. This has all the connections I could want in an everyday computer, including one HDMI 1.4 port, two USB-A ports, one USB-C port, and a media card reader.

Greater than one weekMy son uses his laptop to watch YouTube which has parental controls on it. It’s basically the only thing that this laptop is used for. It was working great until I just tried to turn it on and it says it doesn’t have an operating system on it. I checked for a warranty and Amazon says to contact the seller directly. The seller no longer exists.

> 3 dayAfter two weeks of use, I like the feel and action of the keyboard and that it is lighted. Everyday light computing will not tax this machine but I am not sure how it would be for gaming or intensive graphic manipulation. Battery life is less than 3-4 hours of light computing. Im not sure Ill keep this machine, mostly because of the battery life and feeling unsure of whether it truly has DDR 4 ram.

> 3 dayThis computer has been great so far. The touchscreen is very sensitive, and the touchpad is actually one of the better ones I’ve ever used – usually when I use a touchpad I’m reaching for the mouse after a few minutes. With this one, I am good using the touchpad for long periods of time.

> 3 dayAs a college student I’m pretty dependent on a laptop for my work. This is my second HP laptop and I will not be buying another one. It can’t be off the charger for more than a couple hours of use and it freezes a lot. It takes forever to update, sometimes automatically which of course happens at bad times and it occasionally can’t do an update and then I have to wait for the changes to be undone. I would not recommend one to anyone.

> 3 dayI gave this laptop a 4 star, but I will keep it, because finding a 5 star laptop would mean I would not have a touchscreen and a backlit keyboard. I also needed ports on my laptop.
