Greater than one weekThis computer has been great so far. The touchscreen is very sensitive, and the touchpad is actually one of the better ones I’ve ever used – usually when I use a touchpad I’m reaching for the mouse after a few minutes. With this one, I am good using the touchpad for long periods of time.

> 3 dayIt has been a long time since I treated myself to a new computer and I wish I hasnt waited so long. I kept telling myself that my old laptop was fine. I knew within minutes of starting this laptop that I was very wrong. This laptop is very responsive and even while doing several tasks I did not notice any lag. I use my laptop for general surfing of the internet and for keeping my household budget organized most often. In my downtime I love to stream video on my laptop while I relax. The monitor is crystal clear and looks great. The tablet conversion is something I didnt even realize was possible and I am so glad that it is. This feature alone would be enough to put me over the moon. Added to that a well balanced computer with a decent battery life and enough power to do everything I ask of it and its nearly a miracle. The touch screen makes it so easy to navigate too! I do wish the keyboard was back-lit and that would make it 100% perfect for me. Aside from that I love everything about this computer.

08-06-2025My son uses his laptop to watch YouTube which has parental controls on it. It’s basically the only thing that this laptop is used for. It was working great until I just tried to turn it on and it says it doesn’t have an operating system on it. I checked for a warranty and Amazon says to contact the seller directly. The seller no longer exists.

06-06-2025I absolutely love this laptop. Clean, light and very responsive. Im still waiting to get a pen for it so I can get to drawing. With everything Ive done with it so far I foresee few if any problems. I have streamed my Xbox on it and it looks great, I definitely wouldnt try to get any serious gaming going on it, but for what Im mainly using it for, it has far exceeded my expectations.

> 3 dayBought this laptop brand new about a month ago to use for school (zoom lessons, email, some excel, etc.). Unfortunately, this computer is SLOW and the screen starts to continuously glitch everyday until I restart. When sharing my screen during a meeting, the computer completely freezes. Not reliable.

> 3 dayI bought the computer for college and I love it. The only thing I would change, would be the mouse. The mouse isn’t very accurate and it’s annoying. The computer also doesn’t have a keyboard light, so that’s also annoying.

> 3 daySo far Ive only had it for a few days but I really really like it. I havent had any issues with it. My only complaint, and this is not really about the product itself, but I really wish that Microsoft gave their Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to the devices they sell with their Operating systems on them...
