> 24 hourI cannot recommend HP to anybody anymore. The company introduced regional coding, which means printer cartridges from one region cannot be used in another. For most this is probably not an issue, for those busily traveling around it is. Also, it is an issue of principle, its bad enough for DVD, but printer cartridges? HP has introduced this rather secretely and if you dont read the box cover etc very carefully, you may not notice. The main issue is in Europe. I got caught out. I bought a 3 catridges overseas - I could not use them on my HP printer. I asked for a refund, HP Email Support (US) was nice but ineffective. HP Customer Support (Europe) was snotty and very rude. I think HP does not care about its customers and this cost me over US$75, almost 50% of my printer (my sixth and last HP). Dont buy HP.

> 24 hourI was strongly considering buying this printer - until I saw my friends prints she made with it. Im usually a fan of HP but I really feel they took a step backwards with the photosmart series. The only real drawback to this printer is the fact that it only uses a tri-color cartridge. Yup, there is only cyan, magenta, and yellow. No black! The way this printer makes black (or shades of grey for that matter) is by combining all 3 colors to form a composite black. This causes the prints to seem washed out and lacking dark contrast (not to mention using a large amount of ink). If you have any sort of darkness, shading, or greys in there, they will be represented poorly. Dont believe me? Go to a local store, ask to see the examples, and compare it to other printers.

> 24 hourI have had this printer many years prior, and when my last bargain photo printer gave up the ghost I decided to return to what was best. Easy to use, excellent color and clarity, top quality for the money.

> 24 hourThe bundled install disk was corrupted. There was not a single scratch on the disk but my computer, and a few friends, could not read the disk. HP said to just download and install the drivers off their website. This does not work either. After downloading and running the most up to date drivers I get an error every time saying at least one file could not be found. The software then rolls back and forces me to restart. There is no restart later or cancel buttons after or during the installation. I just have to wait till it screws up (or end the process in the task manager). Windows cannot install the printer either, its just error after error. Ive tried everything including manually installing the drivers that were unpacked by the drivers off the website and its still missing files. I cant even review the products actual use because I cant get the damn thing to work. Ive even paid someone to come over and try to install it but they run into the same problems. HPs software is horrible and their support hasnt helped me at all.

> 24 hourOnly saving grace was a quick refund. Was supposed to be able to work. Got the printer. No cord, no software, no ink, pretty much bought a paper weight.

> 24 hourI put a brand new cartridge in & the printer didnt work. The printer quality was poor at best. I was extremely disappointed considering it was labeled very good/like new condition. I would never order from this buyer again.

> 24 hourI needed a photo printer that produced excellent pictures, was easy to use, and had a small footprint. The HP 325 Photosmart filled all of my needs. The photo quality is excellent and it takes up very little space. My wife isnt exactly a techie, so I wanted a photo printer that was very easy to use. All she has to do is plug in her CF card, choose a picture, and hit print. No need for the computer. I can use Photoshop to adjust my pictures and then easily print photo quality 4x6s. Highly recommended. The only drawback is the small screen size. You can pay $50 more for the next model up for a larger screen and a few more on-printer options though.

> 24 hourMy Husband was quite pleased with this photo printer as his birthday present. And I might add he is not easily pleased with gifts. The picture quality is excellant for its price, and was very easy to use. The only thing I was disapointed in was the fact that it did not come with the battery to make it more portable. I thought it was included in the package. I guess at that price thats what you get.
