We work overseas often and this is a very sleek and small device that gets us quality wifi every time. My only tip would be to keep the entire SIM card without breaking the molds off of it since it needs to be in its largest version.

I purchased one of these years before. Thought of buying new one but it didn’t work like I thought it would will I was in Italy. Actually didn’t work at all. My only one did when I had it. With or without sim it didn’t work at all.

Pros: Small, lightweight, works well if provider signal is good Cons: heats up and only 6 hrs of battery life I am working remotely from an Island in the southern part of Greece. There are 3 internet/mobile provider in the island Cosmote, Vodafone and Wind. I chose Cosmote as per recommendations of my husbands relatives and friends in the island. Signal is good, I was able to do zoom meetings and process some of my SQL codes and applications. I am also using VPN for secure connection and if I want a faster processing I connect to my desktop in the office. When not working I bring the wifi router with me, went to 3 island cruise and signal is still good but the router tends to heat up. The router also run out of battery after almost 6 hrs so I have to bring a portable data bank. I dont intend to use the router in the US but might try to use it in my next trips to Asia and Middle East.

I could not get the router to work with either my Macbook Pro or my iPhone. A big corporation like Huawei should be able to make set-up more user friendly. I spent a few hours trying to set it up to no avail.

No instructions had to look up YouTube video & Wi-Fi was very slow wouldn’t connect (in Haiti)

This thing is a must have if youre in Congo! Bought it at the recommendation of a friend and used it every day. Works well--its WiFi so there is not much more to review.

I took this to Nigeria with me. It worked great! I bought a sim card there and it worked just fine. The QR code to log in was really small and took a bit to scan. It holds a charge for about 4 to 6 hours. Be mindful that it does get hot at times. I had to take it out of my bag a few times to just be sure air was getting to it. I didnt want it to overheat. Overall this little item is worth every penny. 9 out of 10 I recommend.

It’s somehow very good, but not very effective. The battery life is short. With good network, I think it’s ok.

Not good do not buy from this seller. All Spanish and not supported in AT&T
