always red led was on never chang to green update 5-25-21 had to talk to huawei support and they told me to go to a T mobile store and ask them to unlock it with a code.......

Took the product to Europe where we planned to stay for a month. Opened the box there - all instructions were in Russian. Used google translate and tried to follow instructions. Entered the pass code , it didn’t accept. I couldn’t use it. By the time we returned home the return window is closed

I have been using this for the past week here in Singapore. I have a M1 Prepaid SIM on it. Signal is great and its so portable that you could take it anywhere. All the homes here have concrete walls, I dont have an issue (see attached pictures). The only thing I didnt like was the battery life. Just not good enough. So I travel with a power bank, make sure you have a micro USB cable to charge it.

Hooked 10 devices up to it and it never skipped a beat. It worked so well I leave it hooked up in Australia. Thinking about getting another one for travel.

Doesnt work with Mint Mobile SIM card

I used this little device on a cruise with port stops in Italy, Montenegro, Greece, Turkey, and Spain. I paired it with a Vodafone SIM card I bought at the Rome airport (expensive). Ultimately, this little device saved my bacon. I used it all over the place (except Turkey - needed a more expensive card). I was able to place Skype calls back to the US. It was great. I would note that it takes a little while to setup but instructions are on the Huawei website and if you give it a chance to sync up, its fast from that point forward. I believe this was 4G only. Also, I believe I saw that this device only works in Europe so I wont use it in the US (I knew this before purchase). It served admirably so Im super pleased. IT is part of my travel kit.

I took this to Nigeria with me. It worked great! I bought a sim card there and it worked just fine. The QR code to log in was really small and took a bit to scan. It holds a charge for about 4 to 6 hours. Be mindful that it does get hot at times. I had to take it out of my bag a few times to just be sure air was getting to it. I didnt want it to overheat. Overall this little item is worth every penny. 9 out of 10 I recommend.
