Greater than one weekI was skeptical at first but I decided to try them to know for sure. I was getting film buildup in my office humidifier every 2-3 days. After using just 3-4 drops at each tank full up, I haven’t gotten any film build up since. The value is awesome too since the drops coming out of the bottle are small. So a full bottle should last a while (the manufacturer states 100+ days).

> 3 dayThese drops work as they are supposed to and prevent the pink gunk from building up so fast and therefore reducing how frequently you have to clean your humidifier. However, it also leaves a gray, waxy film over everything, all my surfaces have to be wiped off daily if I dont want to see the filmy build-up everywhere. So while I dont have to clean the humidifiers every other day, I do have to clean everything else. I wont be buying this again.

I noted that some people complained of issues with humidifiers. I don’t know if it’s using the drops or distilled water or both but I’m happy with my purchases.
