Humminbird 710201-1 XHS 9 HDSI 180 T (HD Side Imaging) Transom Mount Transducer

This should have been the transducer that humminbird included with my helix 9 g2n si instead of the smaller and less detailed one it came with. Much more detail in my side imaging.

Follow install instructions to the T or it will be useless had to move and fill in old holes the interference from the water moving under the boat made it useless on plane but second install was the charm .

I bought this to replace the standard transducer that came with a Humminbird Helix 5 fish finder. I read that it would significantly improve the performance of my bird. While there was some marginal improvement, it wasnt worth the money. Also, due to the large size, it was very difficult to adjust so that the finder would work at speed. If it was what was needed to do a good job, why didnt Humminbird include it as standard? I think we know why.

I bought this as a replacement for when I break my main one. Thanks
