Hunter Safety System Reflective Lifeline for Tree-Stand Hunting Safety Harness

Ive used this brand for years having bought about a half dozen of them. I use them with all of my ladder stands and give them as gifts to family and friends. I love that once you position the rope where it needs to be, you never have to worry about unhooking/rehooking in the stand. I wont climb a stand without one. Its the first thing in the tree once the stabilizer straps are tied, even before I set the ratchet straps. If you dont use these, use something!

This system is awesome and safe. It is easier to install than any other strap system Ive used. You just have to slip the rope through the loop above your stand. I wish they didnt switch to reflective line. I dont think it is necessary. I know where my stands are; all that does is let everyone else know where they are and Im almost convinced that moonlight will reflect off of it. Probably overthinking it, but hey, thats what we hunters do.

Holy crap if you have a light theres no freaking way you can miss your stand during dark hours with these things up. Its a homing beacon if Ive ever seen one. The ONLY safety ropes Ill ever use.

Not using these when climbing up and down from treestand is foolish, period.

These are great safety ropes. There is a reflective strip that makes it really easy to find your stand in the dark. In case you are wondering, it doesnt bother the deer at all. They walk right past the stand in daylight without a sideways glance. Ive never had a fall from a stand yet, but I did put my weight on it once to see if the Prusik knot would slide or stay. It stayed put. I feel much safer now while climbing up to the stand and transitioning in and out.

Fantastic. Easy to spot at night. Unfortunately mine was stolen from the tree.

Makes climbing into my stand a lot easier than a linesman belt. Love it.

Dont climb a ladder without out it and also the strap around the tree at the top!
