Good product but does add more weight to you pack. Also in theory you could buy these materials and make yourself one as well, so if you like DIY you can make these yourself at your own risk.

Not much to say except it works, provides a safety factor while in tree stand, and installs easily.

I unfortunately havent been able to use this product out at my tree stand yet,but I have (lightly)tested it in the tree in the back yard. I can say that it works like its supposed to. Its fairly easy to use( at least in the daylight but should be just about as easy in the dark). I think the next purchase from hunter safety systems will be their 30 life line. Ive had really good luck with their products so far and havent been disappointed yet.

This is a must have for me while tree stand hunting. It will take longer to hang your climbing sticks and stand when using this product properly, but those extra few minutes are worth knowing that you are being safe while doing so. The rubber guard around the lanyard attachment is a great way to keep the metal clip from banging against your climbing sticks or ladder.

Item arrived earlier than expected and is exactly what I was looking for. The reflective rope in this new design is especially a nice feature.
