Bom produto. Bom volume e som, bom acabamento e confortável; peca no microfone. O qual é necessário está bem próximo do usuário para captar o som. Se o uso principal for música e estiver de promoção vale na pena.

This is a great headset for what I need it for. I can hear peoples mics very clearly and theyve reported hearing me clearly as well. The build quality is very solid, and doesnt feel like anything could break from everyday wear and tear. Noise cancellation is okay - its not like Im putting in ear plugs or anything but the outside world is adequately muffled. Sound quality could be better in terms of spatial awareness. Sometimes footsteps can be hard to decipher in terms of location. Theres a decent low-end, but the headset shines more with midrange. Overall, Im happy with my purchase and hoping it lasts me for years to come.

this headset is very comfortable and easy to use but is not loud at all. I mainly bought this because of the reviews it had and that it was loud but thats not the case. Aside from this headset I also use my cell phone earbuds which sound louder than these new HyperX cloud (ps4) and not to mention my Sony gold wireless that is way louder. I havent checked the return policy on these but I would like to definitely return and put my money on a better headset. Again this is mainly because the sound because the physical item and comfort is great.
