> 3 dayThis is a new version of the new generation IeGeek Cameras. First, the packaging is very nice and sturdy, and the delivery was super fast. Refer to the pics. Theres a very bright light in front of camera for better visibility. The video quality has been improved as 2K sampling. The software AI integration seems to help with better human detection and avoid false detections to the best effort. The Camera is a bit heavier than the previous versions, but it is probably due to the new hardware and tech that has been build in. Similar the previous versions, an SD card (up to 128GB) is supported and works just fine. Same app is used to connec to the camera which is nice if you have multiple of these cameras. Overall, I am satisfied and impressed with the design and quality of this camera so far and no issue has been seen. Keep in mind that the customer service is always great for this company. They always answer any questions or assist with any issues to may encounter.

> 3 daySetting up this battery-operated camera was a cinch. It uses iegeek’s own app, rather than the “standard” CloudEdge app. I first charged the camera overnight using the provided cable and a standard phone charging adapter. The next day, the red charging light on the front had turned green, which indicated a full charge. Following the instructions, I added the camera device, then scanned the barcode located in the owner’s manual with the camera lens. The camera beeps, indicating it read the barcode successfully. I was prompted to name the device. Then my WiFi router that was in the same room located it easily. I inserted a 128gb micro SD card in the provided slot to allow for elongated recordings, then mounted the camera on an outside post that faces my car, carport, and rear entrance to my home. The WiFi connection remained strong, no dropouts. Since this camera is wireless, there is no need to locate it near an electrical power source (Yay!!). The 2 photos I included show actual image quality in the daytime and at night. The live camera image can be accessed on my cell-phone from anywhere. The iegeek app allows the LED lights and the siren to be independently switched on or off, which I found very useful. I keep the siren completely switched off, due to the close proximity of my next-door neighbor. I do leave the LED light switch on, however, which automatically turns the lights on only when motion is detected. There are 2 mounting brackets enclosed, one for the camera and one for the solar panel. The solar panel has an attached 9ft long cable, allowing it easily be placed in any suitable area and direction for capturing bright sunlight for keeping the internal batteries fully charged. Overall, I found this camera to be a good, affordable choice for my security needs.

Greater than one weekI have 4 of these cameras. Two are installed at our main residence and 1 (so far) at our vacation residence that is 2.5 hours away. I get notifications from the cameras wherever I may be. You can set the sensitivity so you get notified when a vehicle drives by, or only when a human walks into range. Installation was simple, I even installed one when there was a little drizzle! The Wi-Fi range is quite satisfactory, I have one camera installed about 30 feet from my router and the signal is strong even through 4 walls! As soon as I get my Wi-Fi booster installed I will mount the last camera a little over 320 feet from my router! The image clarity is very good!

Greater than one weekThis floodlight camera was perfect! I needed something that would look / shine back toward the house but really didn’t want the hassle of running power across or under the driveway. This was really easy to set up and install on a tree. With the solar charger, the battery hasn’t dipped below 97%! Highly recommended.

02-06-2025After trying to use this camera on my phone, I noticed that the picture quality was very clear and good. I was expecting the quality to go down given that it was far from my Internet router, but surprisingly, even after being 200 feet away it’s still have clear vision. highly recommended

> 3 dayI have several iegeek cameras however this is the first solar one. Its awesome super clear images and video. Good build quality it feels solid unlike other cheap plastic stuff. Easy to set up in the iegeek app. Easy to mount on the outdid of the house. Super cloudy past few days in Ohio and its stayed charged. Only thing that could be improved and this isnt the hardware itself is that I cannot add it to another app I use my iegeek cameras on. I can add those cameras to the new app but would have to do a hard reset. Still overall great camera for great price.
