> 3 dayTell me, why did I spend almost 10 bucks on this? Oh well, at least it keeps the unused ports on my remote switches clean. Expensive for what it is and the fit is not really all that good. They seem to stay in place, but this is not my favorite purchase.

> 3 dayThese are great little plugs, Im using them to cover up currently unused network ports in my switch and gateway. They fit snug and seem well made and I believe theyll last as long as I need them to. I feel like $10 for 50 of them is a pretty good deal, thats only twenty cents each! If you have a lot of ports you want to protect, this is the way to go.

> 3 dayOnly 4 stars as I havent had time to run these through their paces, but they seem like they will fit the bill. My priority of use was to plug up an empty microphone port on the back of an HF radio (mic is plugged into the remote head port not the radio itself). It seems like the dust bunnys always attack the back of your equipment, shyness I suppose ;) The first one I installed is a little ornery getting inserted, but once in, seems tight and flush with the surrounding port which is a good thing. Id say these are perfect for protecting the ports you seldom; maybe never use. If you need something you will be accessing often, I would thing these would eventually loose their stopper ability if constantly inserted and removed. Great for Amateur radio operators with all the RJ45 jacks on everything these days. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to protect said jacks on their pack-able radios at least. Now to plug up all the unused ethernet ports on my PCs ;)
