The device was easy to install and operate.

Please be aware that certain Software installed on your Device may access other files on your Device, such as your contacts, photographs, audio and video clips and your contact information. They dont need any of that. No way. Nope. These arent even going to charity. In the trash.

Ive had a really great experience using these plugs. Really easy to set once you download the app, and they integrate really well with Alexa (which Ive used to turn them on since the integration). I absolutely recommend them!

These are great -- instructions are easy to follow. I had to download the Geeni app to get them connected, but it was pretty simple to connect them to wifi and then with Alexa voice commands. Being able to set times for them to turn on/off is helpful, as is being able to use the app to turn lights on / off while travelling. So far were satisfied.

These smart plugs are perfect. They work well with Alexa and are super easy to set up (my grandma could do it in her sleep… probably). They have a timer function which is really nice and you can control it from your phone as well as Alexa. Overall, great plugs at a great price.

About a year later, I am updating my review from 3 to 4 stars. I did originally purchase these with the expectation that they would work with my iHome app and they didnt, which disappointed me. However, I did keep these plugs and they have been working great. I even purchased two more recently to have more available smart plugs in the house. I love that I can set schedules for the plug to turn on and off and turn the plug on and off with my phone app. The entire reason I chose these is because I already have an iHome plug & the iHome app and I didnt want to have to download another app. These plugs are not compatible with the iHome app. You will be forced to download another random app to use them. However, separate from the app frustration, the plugs have been working just fine.

Took some time to ship, but I got it. Nice units. Easy to unbox and set up. No issues with finding the app, registering or getting it set up. Both units did struggle to find my network though. Took about 3 tries with each of them. Had to move around the house a bit until they found it. Also tough to see on the app when it asks for the network password. After set up, app is easy and they work great. Makes it easy to rename the plugs so you know what they control. I have not used any of the other settings other than just turning it on and off with the phone. That is all I wanted it for.
