    Good cables with good connectors.

I am using this pair for a couple of hobby project builds, one a 12v Lifepor4 power box with an led spot on top, a lower powered COB and a set of USB ports, and a similar box with some 20v cordless tool batteries. The conductor on these looks to be CCA. That is cheaper material. But for me since run is short and 10awg is already overkill, I am not worried. These include a fuse, and SAE quick disconnect. The disconnect works fine. Insulation looks average, which is to say ok, and is quite flexible.

Good SAE Extension Cable for what I used it for, a motorcycle battery maintainer. It fits snug and offers a good reliable connection. The polarity in both SAE sides are made right which is always good to check as I have seen extension cables with red SAE side connecting to black and black to red! At $15 for a 10 feet cable it is more expensive than some other SAE extension cables on Amazon, but this is also a 14AWG wire which is more expensive for being a low-gauged wire!

No complaints. Seems to be well constructed.

Use these with my Kayak. Easy to connect and disconnect. Will know more about waterproofing (saltwater) in time. Have worked well for a number of outings since installed.

These work great with my solar panels. I’m using these for a few different things. My camper has a solar plug port on the side. These work great plugging into my camper and solar panel so that I can move my solar panel around my campsite to get the most sun and charge my battery. I’m also using them to hook up my motorcycles to a battery maintainer. The wires seem to be of good quality and construction and seem to be the same as what my solar panel was wired with. I’m happy with them and would buy another set if I need another set.

Our camper has solar built in to the roof, but we usually dont want to park it in direct sun, which means were not getting maximum solar exposure. There is a solar port on the outside however, and this cable- two ten-footers than can clip together into a 20-footer- provides a good solution to get more sun on an auxiliary panel by allowing us to stretch out 20 feet from our location.

Did not use this for a solar setup, instead they were used to extend the reach of my wall mounted battery tender charger/maintainer and for that they do a perfect job.

I got these for my car’s trickle charger, the attached cable is very short but it luckily has this style connector so it works perfectly with these cables for a longer length. These cables are meant for solar panels so they are thicker than the 18AWG size that my trickle charger comes with, I like this because it makes the cable feel more heavy duty. The cables fit my trickle charger perfectly and also fit the adapter perfectly but for some reason they don’t fit each other very well. When you connect them to each other they fit a bit loose and disconnect fairly easily unless you loop them before connecting. I have no idea why they plug to each other loose because they do fit my other connections perfectly snug. If you need 20ft it’ll probably be better to get a single 20ft cord, for 10ft extension cables they work perfectly fine. The included adapter piece is meant to reverse polarity, I had no idea what it was for so I’m lucky that I checked before trying it. Overall the cables work perfectly fine unless you connect them to each other which is why I rated them 4 stars.

I have used these paired 12v peers connectors for years, a k when I was installing radio communication systems in fleet vehicles. I’m glad to see these have become mainstream. I uses these power ports in all my vehicles, having a stub out installed in the grill to plug in chargers or accessories. Now that these factory assembled extension cables are available, it opens up new possibilities, such an connecting to a solar panel set on the ground, rather than mounted on the roof. These heavy gauge, insulated assemblies are up to the task of this rugged handling.
