So far the case itself seems nice, seems sturdy. I will update the review once I have actually traveled with the set. So far no complaints I just needed something quick and simple. Unfortunately part of the reason I ordered this was because of the included backpack. The backpack didn’t show up and so missing a whole piece of the set was a major bummer. UPDATE: Seller was notified of missing item, and very quickly had it sent to me to complete the order and it was everything I was hoping for. Amazing customer service and great product. 10/10 recommend.

I got the 6 pc set less than a month ago. The look and feel of the luggage was great and the wheels were smooth with good zippers and lock. However during our first trip the handle on our 28 bag broke and was unusable. The bag weight was only 17kgs which is fairly light for a 28 bag and had lots of room left over. The handle would not go down and the screws came off. We had to pay extra to check the bag since it was too dangerous. The 24 and 20 bags had no issues and we like them. Hopefully this was just one defective piece. I am hoping that this is covered under warranty and we hear back from the seller. Update: I reached out to the seller and they replaced the damaged bag at no charge. Very good customer service. I changed the rating to 3 stars as all the other bags are in good condition.

I traveled and checked my bag and not a dent or scratch on it. It glides across the street, tile or carpet with such ease. I am so happy that I ordered it. And the travel pillow and backpack! Perfect set and the price is great for all three.

Not durable ,we used just once,zipper broke didnt have over 38lbs in suite case I would not recommend this product at all.

Both the luggage and backpack are very durable and exactly the size I needed! Great value for the cost!

Ive use different sizes on several road trips and really like the ease and maneuverability. Will be flying in 2 weeks and looking forward to seeing how they hold up as checked baggage.

It’s a gorgeous set, very lightweight, and sturdy enough to protect your items. There will be strangers complimenting your luggage at the airport so be prepared. It looks and feels super high quality. It will get scuffed easily so have a magic eraser ready and it cleans up like new.

The set arrived well packaged and in beautiful condition. However, it doesn’t stand a chance at the airport. I only used the largest one for a trip, and after just 1 flight, it was ruined. The shell is smashed in at the top corner and the color is scraped off. I also bought a dark blue set for my fiancé. The shell is not dented on that one, but the color scraped off of it as well. I loved the pattern on the sets but if you’re looking for luggage to withstand air travel, this isn’t the set for you.
