Loved everything except that it doesn’t expand.

Impressive and easy to carry. Just needed an extended zip to add a dash for better storage.

I got the 6 pc set less than a month ago. The look and feel of the luggage was great and the wheels were smooth with good zippers and lock. However during our first trip the handle on our 28 bag broke and was unusable. The bag weight was only 17kgs which is fairly light for a 28 bag and had lots of room left over. The handle would not go down and the screws came off. We had to pay extra to check the bag since it was too dangerous. The 24 and 20 bags had no issues and we like them. Hopefully this was just one defective piece. I am hoping that this is covered under warranty and we hear back from the seller. Update: I reached out to the seller and they replaced the damaged bag at no charge. Very good customer service. I changed the rating to 3 stars as all the other bags are in good condition.

This set was absolutely beautiful when I bought it. I used the large suitcase for the first time last week for my trip to Palm Springs. After the flight this bag looks horrible. In addition to the color peeling off near the wheels, the black marks in the photos are permanent. I have tried everything under the sun to remove them because I thought it was dirt or oil from the airport conveyor belt but these are actually scratches. I am so disappointed because I loved this set and got many compliments on it before I checked my bag. We all know that we will have to clean a suitcase up after checking a bag but this bag has too many permanent scratches and looks like it is 15 years old after one use. I travel frequently for work and quite frankly I am embarrassed to use it again. What a waste of money.

Great value, weve seen more expensive sets that are not as nice. We did think they would be a little more sturdy but foe our use they will be just fine.

I was very excited to receive these suitcases, they looked beautiful, shiny, lightweight, just what I wanted. However, my first-time using them one of the wheels bases cracked and the wheel came off the larger suitcase leaving me in a bad situation at the airport. Needles to say I was very unhappy.

Lightweight and durable! I packed my 3mo and 4yr old close in the smallest and was able to pack my clothes and my husband in the largest with the medium being keepsakes and souvenirs. Plenty of room left, the neck pillow serves its purpose.

I can’t wait to use them. So cute! Seems very durable and lots of room.
