We are using this on a hospital bed. It stays in place and has great absorbency.

Our older dog is in great shape except for her bladder issues. Changing the bedding, cleaning the furniture was becoming overwhelming. These pads are perfect size, very absorbent, and easy to maintain. Best purchase!

*This is going to be very long, due to my thorough testing of various brands, but the information learned is worth it if you want to save money/save environment/save yourself a ton of trouble* Two factors that lead to my experiments with various brands of pee pads: 1.I’m poor, and I wanted to find the most economical/“bang for my buck” brand and 2. I work long hours and have two VERY large dogs that normally get taken out to potty, but are also trained to go on pee pads if nobody is home and they have to go. Let me tell you- these guys produce as much urine per pee as a large beer-drinking adult male lol. Needless to say, I’ve tried many different brands to see if they’re up to the task, and I’ve had to clean up SO many overflows, even if I do 2 or 3 layers of disposable pee pads. So far, the Simple Solution “All Day” variety (NOT the regular kind) have been the absolute best at absorbing the largest quantity of urine without leaking for their size. I’ve also done my own tests to measure the max limit of cups of water each brand can absorb, and the “All Day” pads by Simple Solution far out-absorb their competitors. I could get a full 8 cups before it started overflowing or leaking. The next best brand was Four Paws “Wee Wee Pads”, but their normal pads and their “extra absorbent” pads had VERY little difference in the actual quantity of water absorbed. 2.5-3 cups in regular vs 3.5 in the extra absorbent. Psh. But they did perform better and prevent more leaks than a bunch of other lower end pads I tried. After a few months of buying pee pads and seeing how many trash bags I filled up each week, tossing them out each day, I felt so guilty for the constant amount of plastic waste that it was producing, and I also got tired of paying for another box of pads each week! So I forayed into the world of washable pee pads. There are an endless number of brands and some are labeled for people (bedwetting children or the elderly, etc) and some labeled for pets, but as far as how they function and their absorbency, THERES NO DIFFERENCE except the ones for pets may have a cute bone pattern. (Some claim they have an attractant, but my dogs peed on whatever I put in the area they were used to having pee pads in, so I can’t verify). I tried multiple brands of reusable pads, with a wide variety of quality and absorbency (some were just complete trash) but the absolute BEST one that I found was the IMPROVIA reusable underpad. Unlike others I tried, it has special channels that wick the wetness to the outer edges, where the fabric ALLOWS THE WATER PORTION TO EVAPORATE. WTF!? I was skeptical as always, but after putting it out during the day, when I came home it almost felt dry! Not soaked and heavy like the other brands I had tried. Not only that, but it didn’t stink of pee in the house, either! It blew my mind! Now of course, it has its limits, but so far I’ve even had the dogs use it for a few days in a row before washing it, and it’s blown me away with its absorbent capabilities and the evaporation function. And after washing in the machine, it air dries in an hour (as opposed to other brands, that come out heavy and soaked and take days to air dry). I’m not a bot, nor do I get paid for any of this info (but once again, I’m poor, so hey, Improvia, if you want to send a little money my way for raving about you to every pet owner I run into, that would be great! Lol). But really, I’m just a pet owner who wants to pass on some helpful info, and also encourage others to pick something more environmentally friendly than disposable pee pads. You don’t have to be a hippie to want to help the planet that you live on- every little thing you do counts! So I say, give the reusable kind a try. If you hate them, no big deal- it’s Amazon- just return them! But you might find that they’re actually better than the disposables, and will save you so much money! And if that happens, all I say is “pass the message along”! (And mark this review as ‘helpful’ so it can be seen by more people) :D TLDR: Best disposable- Simple Solution “All Day” variety. Better option- IMPROVIA reuseable pads (last all day and then some!) Will save you hundreds of dollars in a short amount of time, and will also help the planet :)

This is the first and only mattress pad/incontinence pad that has actually worked and exceeded my expectations! I’ve tried just about every mattress protector, mattress pad, and waterproof sheet on the market. All unfortunately always leak through leaving the mattress moist to soaked. Although embarrassing I’m choosing to be vulnerable and share my experience because if there is another women who is suffering through a similar situation. I want to share that there’s a solution and this product is it! After a traumatic birth and c-section I was shocked with the realization that I no longer had bladder control overnight and began waking up soaking wet. There is no words to describe the embarrassment felt when your husband and baby end up wet because the mattress pad and overnight diaper failed you. When I found these I was desperate as I was having to wash all bedding daily and purchase a new mattress all with a new baby. These not only have not failed me once but even with wetting during the night I no longer wake up wet. Besides the diaper being wet I would have no clue I had even had an accident because these pads truly dry themselves and fast! For a young mom who already lost so much being able to gain a little confidence back and not be ashamed on a daily basis is worth more than you could put a price on!

I was hesitant, but these pads work. I ordered the 34x52 in the two pack. I put these on my couch. I have a reclining couch, so the one pad covers two cushions where my dog lays and the other pad covers my cushion plus the reclined area. I got these because my dog became incontinent about a year after she was spayed. She has dribbled on these several times and it never soaked through to the couch. The pad caught all of it. In order to protect them from being scratched by my dog’s nails, I put an old blanket on top of them. The directions say that you can wash and dry under 140 degrees F (high heat), but I wash on cold and hang to dry in order to hopefully protect the waterproofing ability. I’ve washed these about 10 times, and they’re holding up. A part of the seam is coming undone on one of the pads, but it isn’t a big deal. Overall, these work well and I would buy them again if needed.

Wow, I stumbled across these pads recently on Amazon and figured - why not try them. I am disabled and have occasional incontinence issues. I wear diapers and they occasionally leak. With these pads i dont worry about ruining the furniture anymore. They absorb quickly and there is almost no smell! When i can get changed after leakage all that is needed is to swap the wet pad with a dry one. The wet one never seems super wet, the moisture seems to disperse across the entire surface where it can evaporate away. I am so pleased with these that I have a couple more sets in my cart. Excellent product that lives up to its hype.

These are large and heavy enough so they dont bunch up. Very absorbent so they catch leaks or bleeding. Husband on blood thinner so least little place can bleed a lot. Easy to wash. Multiple pack gives backup in case of leaks or Spills.

I bought these pads for my dog who suffers from separation anxiety. Whenever he is stressed, he drinks all his water and then pees on the hallway floor. I can be gone for 30 minutes or 3 hours but would come home to a wet floor. Since using these pads I have no more “puddles.” I would absolutely recommend them!

We are working on potty training through the night. These work great for my deep sleeper and theyre occasional accidents. These keep the bed dry and absorb really well. Its great that they are washable instead of the throwaway ones we used before.

I could write a great review on these pads every day. I am impressed at how they clean up. I have had an animal rescue since 1985 so believe me when I say I have probably tried everything out there at some point. When a family member became ill that was the real test. These pads somehow stay dry and when they are washed they come out like brand new, no stains! I have been telling everyone about these. Another positive point is when the puppies or older dogs walk/run over paper pads they leave wet prints everywhere. Not with these. Great product! Thank you!
