In Time

I (69 years old) have just recently become an avid listener/fan of The Mavericks music after stumbling on to it via Sirius XM Radios Outlaw Country station. Pros: Senor Malos singing voice is incredible, the upbeat and diverse variety of the great songs, and the drummer really keeps things on track. Cons: Well below average/compressed recording quality of this CD on my high end sound system. The background horns and other instruments have an unpleasant sizzling bacon quality; disappointing given the great music. G. Miller -- Phx. AZ

While this was a pleasant CD, it doesnt compare to Raul Malos Around the World. Ive been spoiled! Still, I enjoyed it very much.

If you like the Mavericks, this is a must. No surprises. Just their good old sound. No one alive has such a great, deep, clear voice. A mix between country, western, Hispanic and popular music - my feet want to dance to every song. The really good part of this whole album is that it is real music, real instruments - not synthesized. good love songs as only they can do.

Love the music these guys make, dont know why they dont get much airplay like they did in the old days.

I was hooked on this album with the first few beats of the opening song. I would highly recommend this!
