> 3 dayI am a big fan of Raul Malo and The Mavericks, but this newest release was a disappointment. All songs were ok, but none made me want to listen again and again like previous ones.

Greater than one weekThis music is quite fun to listen to. I think more people should try their music and they would be surprised how much they would like it. What a great blend of styles.

> 3 dayWe went to see the Mavericks at the Granada in Dallas about 2 months ago and have been waiting patiently (NOT) for this cd or MP3 download to come out. They put on one of the greatest shows we have seen in a while and the cd is GREAT, we wouldnt expect anything else from a band of their stature. 14 songs for the price is a DEAL!!!!

> 3 dayHad I not been watching the season finale of Dallas, it is highly unlikely that I would ever have heard any of the songs by the Mavericks. The Dallas episode ended with Come Unto Me, and I have been hooked on that song ever since. I immediately purchased the CD and to my delight, the English and the Spanish versions are included in the compilation. I love this whole CD -- yes, every single song! I read that In Time is a compilation that marks the ten-year reunion of The Mavericks. Simply stated, this CD is superb. When I hear Raul Malo sing, I am reminded of Roy Orbison with a hint of Jose Feliciano. If The Mavericks earlier music and performances are anything like In Time, then I declare that its about time for this CD! Thanks for this great music, as it was definitely worth the wait.

> 3 daythis is my 2nd pic of their studio cds. It is a little slow vs The Definitive Collection. Live in Austin is my fav.

> 3 dayI was delighted to hear about a new Mavericks album coming out, many years after their last studio outing. Ive enjoyed all of their albums, dating back to their very first indie LP --- one that a Miami Record store put out in the 1980s --- and am also a fan of Raul Malos solo albums. With an amazing voice like his, how could you not be a fan? This new album meets all of my expectations. Clearly, the band hasnt lost a step. Its a solid, well-performed collection of songs that doesnt disappoint. That said, I wouldnt rank it as the groups finest album. While there are plenty of good songs on here, I dont hear many that I would call classics. But any dearth of such classic moments doesnt take away from my enjoyment of this CD. Hearing a band like the Mavericks, composed of ace musicians and a singer with one of the best voices in the business, is always a sheer joy. Fans of the band should rejoice to have another fine album to hear. Good value for the money too; the album clocks in at 57 minutes.

Greater than one weekOne of the tightest bands ever. Raul Malo has such a distinctive voice I love listening to this CD. If youre an old Mavericks fan add this to your collection. Favorite song is Born To be Blue.

> 3 dayNot a real well known group and thats a shame. Lead singer Raul Malo has one of the best voices around. Recently saw them in concert and enjoyed every minute of it. Buy this CD!
