Love it! Clear images, clear sound! We have 3 cameras and one monitor - all easy to link and switch from camera to camera.

The Infant Optics DXR-8 PRO Add-on camera is an excellent choice for parents looking for a reliable and high-quality baby monitor. The camera is easy to set up and provides clear and sharp video and audio quality. The night vision feature is also exceptional, allowing you to see your baby even in low light conditions. The camera also has a wide angle lens, which provides a larger viewing area, and the ability to pan, tilt and zoom to get the perfect view. The temperature sensor and alarm feature is also a nice touch, giving you peace of mind when it comes to your babys comfort. One of the best features of this camera is the ability to add additional cameras, making it easy to monitor multiple rooms or angles. The camera also comes with a rechargeable battery, which provides added convenience and eliminates the need to constantly replace batteries. Overall, the Infant Optics DXR-8 PRO Add-on camera is a great investment for any parent looking for a high-quality and reliable baby monitor. The features and flexibility that this camera offers, makes it a top choice for parents who want to keep an eye on their little ones. The only downside is it’s not compatible with the DXR-8, non pro.

The picture quality is excellent, the camera has really good range to see the whole room when needed, I love that it gives the option to leave the screen on the monitor at all times and the ability to link a second camera and a good battery life.

This is a great product. We purchased this for our second child due in January and we should have gotten the entire system when we had our first child 2.5 years ago. This would have made our life so much stress free. The picture quality is great. The battery life is okay but it charges pretty fast if the batter is low. The charging cable makes it easy to charge. We definitely would recommend this product to new parents or parents looking for a better monitor.

The image is clear and adding multiple cameras to the base monitor set is extremely simple.

I did a lot of research when selecting a baby monitor. This was a great camera until the night vision started to die on us after only 2 years. My husband read some reviews and it seems to be a common issue that the night vision stops working. The green light that assists with night vision becomes really dim. We have only had this camera 2 years. We just had our 2nd baby and got a camera for their room and there is a noticeable difference between the new one and old camera when using them at night. We will no longer recommend this camera to others.

We got a Eufy camera before we purchased this one. The Eufy camera only worked for good picture if the camera was basically right next to the baby. When we moved our baby into his own room, we could never tell how he was laying. We couldnt even tell if the blur was his ear or not. Thats when we invested in the Infant Optics. Its wonderful. We ended up getting a second camera to go along with it to get two different angles. The zoom feature is great, especially with the zoom lens, you can actually zoom in well and still get clear definition. The battery lasts all day long, and I can easily see him in the night vision, maybe even better than regular vision. The picture quality is good I can tell how his head is laying and I can see whether he is breathing or not.

This camera is an UPGRADE from the older version. I use both versions, one in each house and love the independence I have gained from having my kiddos on the monitors!

We love this camera for our baby! We’ve been using it daily since she was born in the winter and have not had any issues! Pros: - does not need WiFi so we don’t worry about anyone hacking us - easy to add a second camera - camera filters out ambient noise very well (baby’s sound machine) - picture quality is great - The monitor battery life is also quite good, lasts about 3 hours when left continuously on with brightest resolution. Con -Not sure if it’s just this camera or all cameras, but it is difficult to see the baby in her play yard with night vision when the camera is pointed at the side of the play yard. We haven’t mounted the camera so we have been placing it on furniture and angling it down into the crib or pointing it at the side. - wish this had a more standard power plug like to match iPhone but it is handy that the plug is a circle so no need to flip it over and try to make it fit like a puzzle piece - the camera has a small green light near the lens when it is powered on that can easily stimulate and distract baby. We put some dark tape over it to cover it to help make the room as dark as possible. Finally thoughts: - Would recommend getting the wide angle lens separately for this camera to improve your view. - We also purchased extra power cords for both sides of our bed and living room so this can stay powered up at all times.
