> 24 hourIts a very nice tag and has great visibility on the baggage carousel but the stainless steel loop is too short to easily connect when looped through the handle of my 20 carry-on. There is a trade-off between a longer and more snaggable cord and ease of use but I really struggled to connect it. I guess I either need a skinnier handle or three hands.

Found these and thought it would be perfect, especially since it allows you to personalize your luggage with your initials. Great addition to my luggage and something that is easy to use. Comes ready to just write your address and information on the included tag. Makes your luggage easy to identify.

> 24 hourIf you travel a lot, this is the tag for you. It is ruggedly built. Everything about its construction is to make it last - not attached to a bag sitting on a shelf but one that encounters baggage handlers, carousels, carts, taxis, and shuttle busses. It is distinctive so it is easier to make sure you have the correct bag if you decide to check it. The included cable is tough. The slight problem with the cable is that it twists as in a screw to secure but there is nothing to make sure the screw does not come undone. There are about 8 twists so an occasional check should be sufficient to keep it secure.

> 24 hourI bought this tag for a trip and found that the metal loop the thread was completely missing so you couldnt attach it to your suitcase. I contacted the seller and someone reached out and asked for proof I sent photos and they said they would send me a new one but it never arrived and they stopped communicating with me. The tag itself is a thick piece of rubberized plastic and is bright and noticeable Id buy again to be honest.

> 24 hourI bought 3 and it seems a High quality product, however I am returning one for a replacement. It was not in original packaging and was scuffed and marked up. For myself I would have probably just kept it but it was a Christmas present for someone so I wanted Brand New Condition, not something that either was used or a manufacturing defect. P.S. Add, I reported it to Amazon and a brand new one was received in 2 days. Thank You

> 24 hourWhen you have put your contact information behind the plastic protector, be certain you re-assemble that part of the device carefully. Because once you have tightened the lock collar on the cable, evidently no further adjustments are possible.
