> 3 dayIntel solid state drive comes without OEM box and mounting screw. This is no big deal. Works and performs as advertised.

16-04-2025When you dont know there are two different interfaces, you assume all SSD drives plug in the same way. The PCI drives use a different interface than SATA. Once you know that, they are clearly marked. Before you know that, it is easy to miss. I bought this one based on the reviews, that it was not quite as good as more expensive drives, but well worth the money for what it does. Now I also know I needed a SATA drive, not a PCI drive.

> 3 dayThis was my main drive for my computer and it works great. Replaced it with a newer and faster SSD, but this is still in my computer as a second storage SSD. Easy to use and install.

> 3 dayI was a little concerned after ordering that the physical dimensions (length) was going to be wrong for my laptop (the listing title states 2281 which corresponds with 81mm as opposed to 80mm.. but the title also says 1.0TB M.2 80mm), but it ends up that it is 80mm, so the title should actually be 2280 instead of 2281. Anyway, its all good and its working well. I did have to purchase the Lenovo caddy adpater and cable because my T480 came with an older SATA HDD drive. I did this on purpose when configuring the laptop, planning on doing this upgrade myself, but I didnt realize that I would need to purchase the adapters (which added an extra $50 to the upgrade). Anyway, if youre a little concerned about the length as I was, rest assured that it is 80mm and not 81mm.

14-04-20251tb solid state drive with 600MBps+ read/write. 1/3 the price of the latest generation drives. Its a no brainier for Even the most savvy gamer. Last generation nvme drives are overkill for any consumer application or game. You can save money, receive plenty of usage time out of these 600 series drives. I didnt see any reason to have read/write speed of the latest generation samsung drives since nothing I use requires it and you wont notice if your game loads 2 miliseconds faster. FPS in games arent really impacted by read/write speeds so again save a little cash on the drive and get a better graphics card. If you want to get the latest generation drive to futureproof your system you may want to realize each drive has a limited number or writes to each block. All solid state drives will eventually wear out. The drive may wear out before you have an application that requires the higher speeds you get with the latest generation nvme drive.

> 3 dayI bought this and have it in a Sabrent external USB enclosure I put it in. The only issue Ive been having (besides USB c not working) is that data transfers burst at great speeds but after like 10 seconds they drop to only 100MB/sec. Probably has something to do with the USB enclosure but could also be because this nvme doesnt use a dram cache I doubt think not sure. Otherwise this is by far the best deal for a 2tb nvme ssd.

Greater than one weekI just came to buy another 2TB drive as this one has had zero issues since I bought it in April of 2019. Dont need the extra storage yet, but I dont want to get caught short by the chip production issues.

> 3 dayThis is so wrong I just got my stick today, using an m.2 to pcie adapter on my z97 mobo with ****Windows 7******. First of all my system does not recognize this drive at all, I flashed the newest bios but it doesn’t work either. After some digging, MS has released 2 hotfix years ago to add native driver support in nvme in win7. Patches is currently unavailable in MS website, you can download them via 3rd party maybe. KB2990941 and KB3087873 After up to date, my new drive finally shows up to me, I run an ancient crystal disk mark on it, and the results is like emmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I have a laptop(Asus scar ii) installed with a 512g 660p, you guys can compare these results , I just have no idea why it run faster in fossil hardwares.

> 3 dayVery satisfied with this product and the benchmarks one sees on Youtube are spot on. As with any Intel product, compatibility wasnt even a question. Also, the support pages for this on their website is the whole reason to buy this name brand but if that isnt enough the price point was lower than the competition. And personally, I dont even like them as a company because they are too arrogant. LOL But they make a great product and this one shows.

Greater than one weekI use this as my OS bot disk, but only part of it. the rest is partitioned to work alongside my other drives as extra space. this this is fast and boot time is awesome. PC boots in 4-5 seconds. for the price per gig, this drive is a good deal, even though it changes from time to time, which pisses me off as at times it will increase out of nowhere, but I digress. since it is intel based, you can use it with the migrating software on the intel website to migrate your data and/or OS over to it. Gaming wise, If you are a modder, this drive is good for loading and deploying mods to games fast. the drive has one large tooth and one small tooth, so itll fit inside the slots with only one groove, NOT 2. make sure you check that out before buying for compatibility reasons.
