I bought this to build an office computer: word processing, web browsing, watching movies, and the like (no gaming, rendering, music production, or video processing). It works great for its intended purposes and I would highly recommend this processor. Since its not used for the aforementioned other tasks, I cant rate it based on those uses.

Have been using it for almost a year, you wont need any other processor for gaming, this is more than enough and for the price is a great purchase

Great processor with great performance. Would give it 5 stars but it is extremely power hungree with stock settings & to a lesser degree even tuned for lower power while keeping performance. Forget anything close to the rated TDP as that is strictly base clock TDP which very few people will actually use.

Not as fast as the 11600k in real life but pretty good for a budget build. Pair it with 32gig 3200 ddr ram and it wont disappoint. Remember this cpu is locked. Also, give it a cheap $20 cooler since stock is crap. Protect your investment.

I build this with 32 DDR4-3200HZ and z590 board and I have not had a lag or stuttering again when playing my FPS games: PUBG and Warzone mostly. Also use it for work: Visual Studio, SQL Managment Studio, VS Code, virtualization (docker/hyper-v) and I have no complaints from this.
