Greater than one weekI paired with asus B560 strix a gaming wifi. you can enable xmp. but, when you sync all cores and set it to 44 the most you will get is 42. In fact mine runs as 4189 as the base clock is off and no way to bump it up which also affects the memory speed. I dont know if the 12400 is any better, but this will be the last locked cpu I will buy. Unless your board has a base clock feature, its second rate. Blew 400 bucks for nothing. Not enough frequency for what you pay. I would be happy with 4400mhz but I dont know if its the board, the cpu, or both. Dont buy this for any performance application.

> 3 dayIntel really did themselves a favour by pricing this sub $200. Absolute steal of a deal considering. No, you cant overclock it but overclocking isnt everything. GPU prices dont seem to be going down anytime soon so ill see what comes up in a few months but didnt want to build a PC i cant even use and this is an good stand in. Currently playing Tomb Raider (first one) on high settings with an average 40 fps (Ohhhh, its not 60. Relax).

> 3 dayvery good purchase choice, good price, it works at a very low temperature less than 50ºC, with the heatsink that it brings from intel, I recommend it to anyone

> 3 dayI think we reached the point that we need better GPU rather than CPU, I think this cpu will make a value for the money more than other CPUs.

> 3 dayI mainly use this CPU to play Minecraft. I am not using an external GPU, and it looks and runs great. I cant use ray tracing, nor did I expect to. I ran a benchmark test and it did really well on the CPU score. I paired it with 16 gig of RAM so the internal GPU would have plenty to share. The ASUS H510M-A motherboard I used did not require a BIOS update. To me thats a big deal. Intel CPUs are good products, and I recommend this one big time.
