> 24 hourOne of the best processors on the market today. I have no regrets buying it and despite claims it doesnt run too hot thanks to the lack of hyper threading. I have an excellent airflow case and thanks to my Darkrock pro 4 the thing idles at 32C usually and doesnt break much over 50c in gaming.

> 24 hourUpon buying an RTX 2080 and finally getting to playing the witcher for the first time, I noticed my CPU usage was at a solid 100%, I wasnt too aware of the fact that your hardware needed to scale togeather. Games like Skyrim would not lag but jitter due to CPU load. Buying this bad boy fixed all problems, though the fix for a minor problem came at a very high price.

> 24 hourI just installed this on my new rig, and I love it. Overclocked to 5.2ghz @1.30v. Have it on a Asus ROG Z390 e gaming motherboard, and being cooled by a NZXT Kraken X62 liquid cooler. Has never passed 45c. Highly recommend.

> 24 hourI was not ready for the i9 intel CPU so I decided to get the i7 but opt for the 9700K so that I can use the extra power in the future. The 8 cores feature was the main reason I went for it and being overclockable was a huge plus. It runs by default at 3.6GHz but I was able to use the ASUS BIOS tool to overclock it to run stably at 5.2 GHz. My mainboard is ASUS PROG Strix Z390-E.
