> 24 hourCore i5 with 8 threads, 16GB ram and 256GB storage all with Windows 10 Pro. For the money that is a good deal. Yes none of this is the best in class, but you are get a current gen NUC that can be upgraded and Windows 10 Pro is worth about half the cost of the computer. This is worth the buy if the specs meet your needs.

> 24 hourThe i5 NUC is more than capable of handling the basic day-to-day office tasks. Incredibly easy to set up, super small and saves space on any desk, and unbelievably quiet.

> 24 hourI was looking for a replacement for my aging third generation i7 desktop computer that I knew would not run Windows 11 when it is officially released. After exhaustive research, I decided to get this NUC11. I chose to buy a unit already configured with RAM, SSD and Windows 10 Pro from Geek+ instead of buying the NUC kit and doing it myself. Intel warrants the NUC for three years but Geek+ warrants the RAM, SSD and OS for three years. By the way, the copy of Windows 10 pro is fully licensed and activated. I read reviews on some other brand micro pcs where people had issues with Windows activation. It is nice to have someone to call for support if needed. If fact, I had a few questions after receiving the NUC so I shot an email off to Geek+s support email address. I was pleasantly surprised when I quickly received a reply back from Cathy who is Geek+s Sales Manager. She saw to it that all of my questions were answered quickly. I would rate the after sale customer service as exemplary.

> 24 hourA couple of years ago I switched to a mini Mac with their new chip. Nothing really wrong with the Mac but I hated the navigation and missed the old programs I had used. So I switched the MAC out for this. Running Windows 11 my only complaint is that the system doesn’t have a cap lock indicator and every so often looses the custom configuration of the trackball. Other than that, very happy and would recommend.

> 24 hourGood value for money. I use a Rappoo 5Ghz wireless mouse and keyboard from an over 20 ft distance.

> 24 hourOrdered the NUC and had it within 2 days. We use the NUCs as conference room PCs. Best bang for the buck. We have 8 conference rooms at our main location and this NUC was for our satellite office that recently setup a conference room.

> 24 hourUpdate of my original review - after posting I was contacted by the seller who offered to replace the computer with a new one, after which the problems were resolved, and the replacement computer works as expected.

> 24 hourI’m replacing a 7 year old computer. I wanted something that would be somewhat ‘future proof’. The Intel NUC version 11 has the forward-looking features to stay current longer than most.
