While an impressive product, what was also very noteworthy was the Sellers sales support. Not only did the Seller (Geek+) take the time to fully understand what I was seeking, they also proactively informed me of a newer model that just became available on a special offering! Being (forgive the term) old-school with relationships - and unlike so many stores these days that focus more on the transaction than the actual purchasing experience - this Seller really stood out. They could have simply sold me the older, more expensive model - but they instead cared about improving my solution. Id definitely seek them out again other similar solution needs...

I bought this backbone mini for my home lab. Thanks Cathy for the prompt service. Installed linux fedora 37, everying looks good. I added 2 16 G ram and 500G ssd. Strong enough for my lab server node.

Had high expectations however the pc lasted 3 weeks before the motherboard died. Getting it replaced is complicated and it takes time. A waste of money.

I previously had a Dell Inspiron tower which was fine. However the NUCs compact size and speed cant be beat, especially for the price. The seller also provides outstanding Customer Service should you need them.

Great little PC, Im not a heavey resource user, no gaming or heavy graphics requirements. This device is great for web surfing.

This thing is tiny, which is awesome. It was quick and easy to plug everything in and get it set up. I’ve been using it for about a month and have had no issues.

Replaced my huge computer tower with a box half the size of a small tissue box. Hooked it to the back of my monitor, now i have much more space and a faster computer!

Update of my original review - after posting I was contacted by the seller who offered to replace the computer with a new one, after which the problems were resolved, and the replacement computer works as expected.

We have ordered multiple of these to utilize within our Corporate facility. Always reliable and strong. We put these machines through constant strain on a daily basis and rarely have any issues.
