Greater than one weekI can’t explain why these work but they do. As I get older my knees feel more achy with any activity. But when I put these on, I can do more without getting that achy feeling. They are lightweight, discreet and very comfortable. You can make them as tight or as loose as you want. It’s hard to believe these little straps work but they do.
