Third time to order these. They seem to provide good knee support with little hindrance to knee movement and no discomfort. I wind up needing to replace them for the Velcro; but they do get a lot of use, so I cant say the Velcro is wearing out too fast.

I like the fit but a little bulky.

I have been battling knee pain for a bit and it has been a giant downer as I really enjoy running on the Peloton tread and spinning on the Peloton bike. After getting properly fit for the bike, that was a huge step in the right direction. But, I kept getting pain in my knees post runs to the point I would have to take some time off and rely on walks mostly. A friend of mine recommended these knee straps and they have CHANGED THE GAME back to my favor. I can now run without pain during and especially after. I’ve done 20min and 30min sessions and the results have stayed the same in terms of no pain. They stay in place as well and aren’t nearly as bulky as a full knee sleeve. I wear them on my skin, but I see others saying it’s beneficial to have a thin layer on as well. I find them comfortable without the thin layer and they are not causing any skin discomfort of any kind. Take some time to find the proper tightness and you’ll avoid any type of calf issues or stress issues altogether. I would highly recommend these to anyone who has been searching for an answer to their knee pain with running. Great value! — Brian & Brittany

These knee strap stabilizers are helpful by placing some pressure especially on the knee cap area of the knee. The strap has elasticity to it. The actual pad is soft, is not harsh on the painful knee. there is a newer version of this one which has a little firmer pad.

I really appreciate the amount of cushioning and patellar support this gives my knee. Very comfortable and great item!

Oh my goodness, WHY had no one ever told me that this product existed? I came across these while browsing knee sleeves. I have knee sleeves and have had different brands through the years, the latest being copper fit, and they are okay but arent as stable as I need. When I saw these, I was intrigued enough to wonder if they worked. After I ordered them, I was talking to a friend that said they had used these years ago and they worked good. The day they arrived I went to the store without opening up the package yet. While in the store, my knee gave ALL THE WAY out and I almost fell underneath the cart, thank goodness I was holding on at the time. Now, my knee has gone out from time to time, but NEVER like this, and it kept going out the rest of the trip. As soon as I got home I put this on, and I cannot believe the difference it made! This thing is amazing!!! I tested it and walked around outside every which way I could, and it made my knee stable and not ONCE did it go out! It kept acting like it wanted to, but the ring stopped it in its tracks! I LOVE my knee ring and I will never go out without it again! This is 10x better than a sleeve and will fit over or under your clothes. What I really love is the ability to tighten or loosen it to specifically fit YOU. I can walk so confident now!
