I actually have the one that looks exactly the same but from a different brand. So I knew what I was getting exactly. Compared to my other long rectangular shaped thermal shipping label printer, this one is rather cute and more tidy in the open place because it holds the rolled thermal paper inside rather than out in the open. If youve ever tried any of thermal shipping label printer, this one is not hard to set up. If its your first time, just follow the instruction step by step so as not to waste any of your time. I think if you mail out or ship stuff more than handful time a month, having this kind of label printer will save you some money down the road. I dont think I can even think about going back to using the normal printer...oh how much I have waste no the ink alone!!! This one does the decent job again as long as you want to print to your shipping label good enough to be scanned ! This one is actually set up at my sister in laws work space at her home, and she just said she hasnt had any issue whatsoever over the last 6 months!

I needed a new shipping label printer to save time and this one caught my eye. First impressions are great! It was super easy to set up on my desk and I was able to get going in minutes. The unit prints many labels quickly and legibly—I was surprised at how quiet it was! Best of all, the refills are inexpensive and available at most office supply stores and online retailers. This printer is definitely a time saver over the traditional printing and taping method I had been using to send out my shipments. I will never go back and would recommend this printer to others.

Bought this to use as a less expensive option to make UPS labels however, using the general UPS.com shipping site, this comparative model the manufacturer says is compatible is out of date and no long supported. Meaning, you can’t direct print from their website to the printer. It’s a little longer process to just generally print but, if you adjust the print settings to “no margins / scale to 100” it prints out fine.

I picked this up to replace my older shipping label printer and I couldnt be happier with this new one. It prints perfect and was set up in under 5 minutes and I was back to work again. I highly recommend this printer.

This is an awesome easy to use thermal printer! I have a Mac computer and I was up and running in minutes. Super easy directions, but make sure you follow them exactly. You have to do a test print or it wont work. The thermal printer hold a huge roll of labels, so you dont have to change very often. The printer is big and really nice. I have had issues with other printers printing clearly on a Mac. Not with this thermal printer, it prints crystal clear and fast. Super fast delivery and awesome awesome value!!!

If you like wasting shipping labels this is the printer for you. Any time you print a label it prints and then will give an error. Lift the lid and close it error goes away and it will reprint your label just fine. Ive cleaned it thinking it could be a dirty sensor, no luck. Just get a Dymo.

Wish I had read more, I didnt realize this wasnt Bluetooth, my fault. (Ive only ever gotten standard printers, and all the standard printers Ive used had Bluetooth or WiFi so I just assumed, and yeah never assume! The USB included, my Windows PC would make a boop noise, but it just did not show up on my pc no matter the USB port, so went to the official site to download the printer driver for it, Microsoft Defender seemed suspicious of it, but it installed just fine after that. For the software, in the instructions it says its says its called Labelife (dont think it was on the printers website), Microsoft Defender was even more suspicious of the software, but I figured out how to install it and it works well. Great printer fast and does a great job, happy to have a printer specific to labels and get away from the way I was doing labels before, glad it also holds the paper unlike other label printers. If the lid isnt shut properly the labels will print a bit faded, so make sure to double check its shut off all the way! \### Update ###/// I pushed the power button off to save electricity, and ended up having an issue with the machine printing incorrectly for a bit. Upon turning the machine back on it spits out a label, so I go to open the machine roll it back up, align it on the roller, and it spits the label all the way out again! I gave up and just let it waste that label and went to print what I needed to print, and it prints that label......half on the label the printer insisted shouldnt be used and half on the one that it was suppose to print on. I ended up messing with it several times, until I found out the right distance it had to be out before shutting the machine before it would print in line correctly again. I ended up wasting 5 labels thanks to a few things I was trying. Now that its aligned again, it works just fine and how I need it to, I now know never push the power button off unless absolutely necessary!

Takes some getting used to if you never used one but this works great for shipping labels when I ship or return something. I use this on my Macbook Pro and it has a driver to download. Good quality printout and works great. I would recommend this one.

***Update #2 - After a year of owning this printer and using it a few times a week, the print is coming out super light - almost unreadable. I have cleaned the printer head, adjusted settings etc. But no joy. For that reason I am changing my rating to 3 stars. ***Update - I figured out how to make a label without making a PDF. It works great. Though, I know this printer accepts a variety of labels, I do wish I knew what brand labels they included with the unit as they work perfectly. Now that I have worked with it awhile, I realize that every time I turn it on it pushes out a blank label. I am not sure why it does that. But I use the blanks to cover addresses etc. old boxes I reuse for shipping.*** Every time I buy replacement ink for my regular printer it seems to get more expensive. So I decided to pick up this thermal printer to use for labels I make for packages I ship. I picked this one from many because I really like how compact it is yet it holds a roll of labels inside - no fussing with a separate label holder. To my surprise, the directions are very good. I was able to set it up with my MAC quickly. My first round I had some trouble printing so I shut everything down and restarted and that fixed it. For USPS labels, I had to download a PDF of the label, then crop it and then run it. Once I got the hang of it - it was pretty easy. I am super pleased with this and feel it will save me a lot of money. It comes with a roll of blank labels so tha was nice too!
