> 24 hourGreat looking leather bag. I’ve had it almost 2 years now. It held up for about a year before I started to see some problems. First the liner ripped, which was annoying but I still used it. A few months later the strap buckle broke, alas I still used it! Shortly after, the main zipper failed and it will no longer zip up. As others said, the leather and design are great but the hardware doesn’t last. Unfortunate because I absolutely loved it.

We believe they should replace the bag or at minimum fix the zipper. POOR customer service from Jack & Chris. Dont buy this bag zippers are cheap.
