Greater than one weekHad this bag for 3 month zipper on top broke. We notified the seller- their response was not sufficient - they would cover half the cost of repair. We believe they should replace the bag or at minimum fix the zipper. POOR customer service from Jack & Chris. Dont buy this bag zippers are cheap.

I was glad the leather straps were included as that was the first thing he asked about. The quality is amazing. The leather smell was perfect. It came inside a dust protector.

The nice part of this bag is that it is rather rigid, and even when full, it will stand up on its own, and not flop over on the ground, I like this as it makes loading and removing things that much easier-
