Ill start this review by saying I am a piping foreman and found one of these in our shop and gave it a try on the job The level is too small and the angle in which it sits on the pipe isnt large enough for big pipe. If you try to use this on pipe of any decent size, say 6-8 and above, it will read level within a few different degrees on the pipe, which does you no good for quartering pipe or what not. Your better off sticking to a 2 square and a levl

It is an extremely useful tool in my arsenal. I just dont believe it is worth $82. Youve got maybe $5 worth of aluminum a bubble level attatched to a dial fixed in place with a 10¢ screw and washer. I understand its a measurement tool but $80+ ??? Come on

Definitely not like my old American made one. This one is very lightweight, China made. I guess it will work for the short term.
