Has no liquid in the level so it’s useless, now I have to buy a dial with a level with liquid in it to even be able to use this for work

I ordered the same one Ive used for years. Always been pretty reliable, seems to be more accurate lining it up with the top notch versus the bottom but Ill verify the true accuracy when I find the degrees of an arc with actual measurements on a pipe and update ASAP.
