You know the horrible sound tape can make? This does that constantly. The tape itself was fine, but working with it was miserable.

I bought this to pack a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house thinking I would need to purchase more before we finished the move. Boy, was I wrong! This was more than enough! We still have a few completely unused rolls and we moved over 13,000 pounds worth of boxes and things! The tape held on every box we used it on and it was thick enough to not tear or puncture during the move. I’ll definitely be buying again for the next move, knowing that it’ll be more than what I need!

Tape adheres well and remains affixed well to any package surface. Great value for the number of rolls and length of rolls included.

We have an eBay business and pack and ship about 15-20 boxes per day. We like the amount of tape you get for the price but we were disappointed with the adhesion quality of this tape. It just does not stick to cardboard boxes as good as we needed, so we can not recommend this tape.

I compare this to Scotch brand Heavy Duty packaging tape, which many people will recognize as a standard ruler of comparison. Comparing prices, it costs about 65% as much as the name brand, so you are saving a lot. I think it is a little bit thinner than the Scotch or Duck. The adhesive quality is solid. I am in the process of a move, so I am constructing and sealing cardboard boxes. I think it works just fine for my purposes; I am pleased with it. One is always taking a chance when they go with a cheap off-brand, but the chance worked out this time. (ULine has the best price-to-quality ratio, but you have to purchase a minimum of 18 rolls).

This tape is very frustrating to use. It splits and tears easily - long ways - and I’m constantly having to peel strands until it’s a whole piece -width wise. It sticks well to packaging materials. And as others report - it has a strong, toxic odor.

Worked well and great price, but the smell was so pungent! I used for a big project and the smell felt toxic. Seemed like too much would be unhealthy. Otherwise it worked great!
