This product when we receive it.. it was like it was used. It was full of dog hair. And halfway put together.

Its not fit enough to the toilet seat, whenever my son was using all the time my bathroom was getting wet because all of his pee pee was coming to the bathroom surface, and my son was getting panic attack by seeing his pee pee that’s why I hate it.

My toddler is being potty trained and out of everything I’ve Purchased, this has been the seat he’s most comfortable on! I highly suggest

My son loves using his potty seat! It is sturdy and comfortable. We purchased the seat in the blue and yellow colors and I kinda feel like the brightness of the colors makes a difference? He lights up when he sees his potty seat and wants to show it off to everyone. It is maki my this training phase so much more enjoyable.

CON: measure the height of your toilet with the seat up!!!! This product is 16” at the lowest setting and too high for our new toilet which is 14 1/2-14 3/4”. Ignore poorly written instructions. The photos are easier. Also most photos show its use with toilet seat down. The first item on instructions is put it up! PRO: seems sturdy (if fits your toilet) and I love that they provide an extra set of screws, nuts and plastic screw drivers.

Wish I had purchased this first, using this made it so much easier to potty train !!

This potty chair and steps that come with it do not secure to the floor like it says a dead. The potty seat does not stay on the toilet seat like it said it did my granddaughter climbed up the steps and almost flipped backwards, because the whole thing moved. If I wouldnt of been there to catch her, she wouldve hit the floor. This thing should be taken off the market never to be sold again before a child get seriously hurt.

So easy to remove / replace…. Easy to climb just perfect size.

It does what it needs to do. My only complaint is there are rubber pieces on the bottom of the seat and on the ladder piece that have fallen out multiple times, causing it to shift around and scare my toddler while trying to use himself. They easily place back in but dont seem to stay in well.
