JAYO 3D Printer Photopolymer Resin, 405nm UV Light Curing Standard Resin, Suitable for 2K 4K 6K 8K LCD 3D Printers, Black 1000g

I worked with Cindy on finding the best product for my needs. I run a small 3D printing business, and this was a great deal for this resin. The shipping was estimates to be about 4 or 5 days, and I ended up getting it the very next day! The value was great and the print quality is at least as good as any resin Ive gotten so far. The containers were packaged well, and while the box itself had a ding or two, the resin containers were flawless. The only odd thing was the lack of a seal underneath the cap which Ive seen on most resins Ive bought before. However, it doesnt seem to have affected anything.

Just decided to try this resin because the price wasnt bad and I needed something quick. The result were bad the resin cure well in my halot sky 4k resin printer. The only caveat is make sure you get the bottom exposure time right I find i need a slightly higher setting. Other than that everything works fine.

I print and paint a lot of figurines. On my elegoo saturn I get cleaner lines than with the elegoo resin. I normally use transparent green to get the best cure. I have been tweaking my settings but it is getting good prints. Not only does this resin give great prints it is half the price. This my become my goto figurine resin.

Great product very smooth, cleaned up nice with no residue. excited to use more of it. im still learning resin printing so thats my fault that the tiny pieces broke but i will figure it out on placing suports better and orienting the model better way

I used another brand exclusively for years (because of bad experiences with others, failed prints, temperamental settings and general frustration), but decided to try this and have been super pleased with it. I decided to mess a round with mixing colors (red, blue, clear) to see what effects I could get, which was fun. The prints all came out fantastic, were easy to clean and cured nicely. Even when adding resin mid print (cold resin and different colors), every one came out great. From my first try with this, I haven’t had to adjust anything. It’s worth mentioning that this is a pretty fast resin. I’m running 2s layers on my saturn and think I can (should) drop both my initial and normal layer time a bit. Cleaning was a breeze, quick dunk in the wash and cure and they were good to go. I cured most of these for 4 minutes, but think 2 minutes is enough. I’ve also done some prints in grey and will update when I have pics. The Eiffel tower and space needle both came out perfect, with great detail. Some green is on the way and I’ll update with those results as well. As a side note, another reviewer commented that he received less than 2kg in his bottle. I checked the 2kg grey, and the 1kg bottles I received and all were as expected, none were short. Hope this resin remains available and well priced, I plan to keep my shelf stocked with this, alongside the other stuff.

Ive used dozens of different brands of resins, and JAYO is great for the price - I havent regretted the grey 2 liter bottle purchased. It cures quickly, has a moderate smell (used in a ventilated area), and is strong enough for most uses. I havent had anything break on me as Im printing fairly durable parts, but I dont imagine it being particularly problematic for use on minis or anything else along those lines. My only advice is to make sure that you wash it very well if youre using anti-aliasing, because it can leave a bit of a slimy layer. I use a 2 stage automatic wash, then scrub the remaining uncured resin off with a toothbrush and some IPA, and Ive been getting phenomenal prints for an absurdly good price. Im so happy with this that Im ordering another 2 liter bottle, and it may become my go-to resin.

I like to buy Sunlu resin when it drops bellow $16 per KG. I wasnt seeing that happen, and read that Jayo is the same as Sunlu. This worked on my Sunlu profile and quality seemed great. I mostly print Minis for my kids and occasionally prototypes. Ill probably keep getting Sunlu, but this seems like a solid substitute (as long as it is on sale).

I use a lot of resin and having it come in a 2L bottle is quite helpful. Jayo resin is a quality product at a bargain price. The resin prints well and has good detail.
