Jet Creations Inflatable Gator 49 inch Long Safari Great for Pool, Party Decoration, an-Gator

I am going to use this as a prop for my costume at the fall festival at church this year - going as Orlando John the Alligator Guy. Planning to have this gator strapped onto my back somehow. It is actually surprisingly well detailed and realistic. I have inflated it with the electric tire pump I keep in the car. That worked well. It would be quite a chore to blow this up by mouth.

I bought this to keep raccoons out of my pool. Their feces contain a terrible parasite by which humans can become infected. It works really well but the price 2 years ago was $8!

It’s working to keep away some ducks from pool.

Was happy to find this was a nice size and plastic was thicker than expected.

So I read the suggestions, and since I have a robot cleaner tying it to a weigh on bottom of pool, it wont work. Has anybody tried partially filling with water ?

Sturdy, lifelike…well, I bought as a duck deterrent…apparently not lifelike enough for them. They still land in the yard and stand on the edge looking at it…BUT it has kept them from setting up a nest in the yard AND they have not entered the water…so doing what I need it to do

I thought it would be more durable for a childs pool toy.

After having our pool for many years, duck visits were a new thing for us. They were coming daily, up to 4 ducks at a time. My pristine pool was in peril not to mention the cool deck, I needed help quick. After doing internet research, this item got the best reviews. When I got it home I could see why, this thing looks REAL. It sits up on its arms and the yellow eyes look menacing. I attached some fishing line to keep it more centered in our large pool and so far so good. Thanks for the neat product!

The gator is very realistic. Startled the dogs. It did keep the ducks away from landing in the pool and hanging out on the pool deck.

I have duck problem in my pool.I was told to put inflatable alligator to chase them. But not those two (couple). Did not serve for my purposes but keep it for fun.
