> 3 dayBought this to drill holes for corn hole boards I make. Works decent for this task, but I would use it on metal. The spring on the drill is a bit odd and I am not really crazy about it... I honestly dont think it will last so not too worried about it. I am also not too crazy about how the drill holder mounts to the saw portion. The quality of the saw seems good and will last for my needs. Overall, for the price and how I use this, it works fine and I happy with my purchase.

> 3 dayI used this hole saw to install an electrical box in a plaster wall with 2 X 6 lumber behind. It bored through the plaster and wood with ease.

> 3 dayA bit heavier than anticipated, but this leads to longevity. It did the job well.

> 3 dayMine actually might be a touch smaller than 6 inches in diameter. If youre thinking of using this to cut recessed lighting can holes, like I did, you will have to ream them out after you cut, like I did.. Other makers make the saw slightly bigger than 6 inches. This one is small than 6 inches. Gave it 3 stars because it was not expensive.

05-04-2025I really cant complain, it made a 6 in hole as advertised. Its a cheap hole saw, if you only need to make a couple of holes this is the cockford ollie, if you need to have a 6 in hole saw for actual day in and out work, I would look elsewhere.

> 3 dayThis is a decent, cheap hole saw that gets the job done. I used it to cut holes in ceiling drywall to install remodel 6” recessed can lights. Unfortunately, this saw measures slightly under 6”, so the resulting holes were not large enough to fit the cans. I had to enlarge them a bit with a drywall saw, which then defeated the purpose of using a hole saw to make clean cuts and minimize dust in the first place. Also doesn’t last very long… it was adequate for what I needed without breaking the bank, but you get what you pay for.
