> 3 dayIve been using smart plugs since 2018, which Id integrate with Alexa to make my lights, lamps, tv and speakers smart. I also use these to create schedules, that way I could protect my iphone from being charged entire night. I tried tons of smart plugs from the amazon, but this is the best one till date. Pros: Finding app was easy (Just scan the QR code through your camera) Adding device took less than 30secs (Hold power button for 5secs, add a device from app) You can control 2 plugs, usb from the app itself Warranty (Very less number of manufactures have warranty on smart plugs) Occupies very less place Cons: Ive been using this device from the past 6days, couldnt find any drawback/issue till now. Will definitely update the review if I find any. Im definitely going to buy 2more of these.

> 3 dayI could not get this to sync with my Alexa. I tried moving my Alexa next to my internet router and using the electric outlet right next to them and it would not sync. There was absolutely no Alexa integration at all

Greater than one weekI had a bit of an issue getting the Jintu Smart Plug to connect to my Wi-Fi network and heres why: 1) Even though the Tuya Smart app was already connected to to my LAN to control a couple of smart lightbulb sockets for the last year or so, I couldnt add the Jintu Smart Plug as a new device until granting LAN access again, so in hindsight it appears the device itself (the Jintu Smart Plug) is what needed LAN access, not the app. 2) I was also prompted during setup to allow Bluetooth access (not sure why) and it wasnt until doing so that the device setup process continued and completed in a matter of seconds. Adding the Jintu Smart Plug to my Alexa app was a no-brainer. As soon as I opened it, it automatically discovered 4 new devices: Smart socket (the Jintu Smart Plug itself, Switch 1 (outlet 1), Switch 2 (outlet 2) & USB (the two USB inputs that can be controlled separate from the 2 Switches (the 2 outlets) but not separate from each other). I can now power cycle my Wyze-cams remotely when they go offline which means getting them back up and running can now be done when Im away from home.....awesome!

Greater than one weekThis works great with alexa. It has three different control using the app. One for each plug sockets and separate control for the usb. It also has a power on/off button to control it manually. The led light for the plugs is a plus so you can tell wether the socket has power or not. You can use the app to set a schedule for it to automatically turn on/off based on your preference. Great product.
