It just doesn’t work.. don’t know why because it doesn’t work.

I am not tech savvy so it took me more time to set up then someone who is. I finally got it set up but not without aggravation. Then this morning they had an update and again frustration. I need to use Alexa to turn on my light and if not for that I would use it.

Im finally getting my home or at least my bedroom more smart. My fan and light are on this. I love walking into my room at night and telling Alexa to turn my room light on before I get there. Especially helpful when my hands are ful from carrying piles off the stairs or laundry up. I also have my fan on it. If I get cold in the middle of the night, I no longer suffer through it because Im too tired to get up. Now I just tell Alexa, fan off. So cool! Cant wait to do it with the rest of my house.

Quick working wit-in 75 days, just stopping working for no reason. I WILL NOT buy this product again, and DO NOT recommend the Jintu smart plug

Trying to get this set up is impossible if you have a 5g wifi. Super frustrating and not worth it. Will definitely be returning

Honestly, this is a very difficult plug to use. Further, go through one storm and it will fry your electronics. Very disappointed it doesnt offer better protection. Coming back here to write this after trying it for a few months. Not impressed.

This is a nice combo plug with separate control of USB and AC outlets. Unfortunately after about 3 months of use as a timer, it has begun turning on randomly. Ive found it stuck in the on state several times now.

Works with Alexa and Google Assistant. Can be remotely controlled by the app. Hassle free use of interior appliances like light, bulbs, floor lamps. Have 2 USB ports and is easy to install and use.

So, this thing works as intended. The relays are a bit loud for the two sockets. Was easy to install and setup. Only issue is this thing takes up so much room that you cannot use the other plug in the wall socket for a grounded device. It just will not fit. Other than that one issue, this works well thus far.
