I gave these only 4 stars because the ends of these combs are on the rough side and not comfortable on your scalp when combing your hair. Even for Wigs I think they would be a bit rough. Feels like its scratching your scalp. Otherwise they are good combs.

I wear longer wings, and they tend to be wavy/curly. And that means I have to comb it more often than usual. While in a pinch I can just use my fingers, a comb works better (more thoroughly). I like the fact that the comb has a nice wide space between tines. One side of the handle is smooth while the other has an indentation to hold the comb more securely. While I do have other very wide-toothed combs, they are larger and arent great for sticking in my purse. Having three combs is wonderful -- one for my purse, one for my home and one for my office. The price point is great; its less than what I would pay at other online retailers. If I had one wish that could make this more perfect, it would for one of the outside times being a little thinner or more pointed so as to make it easier to fix a part. :) Very happy I made this purchase!!!

The edges of the teeth are sharp and not filed off smoothly. They will tear up your hair and any wig you use these combs on. I am sending them back. Very poor quality.

Well, I’m new to wigs and have several from human, synthetic and heat resistant synthetic. It is recommended for the heat resistant. The wide tooth comb is nice, works well, no problems. Thanks

Great combs! I use them on my own hair, not a wig. I was looking for a wide tooth comb that didnt have a huge, long handle on it and these fit the bill. They are very sturdy and should last forever.

A must have for any wig owner. Great price too. These safely work out any tangles in your synthetic wigs and hairpieces and are just the right size to todd into your purse. I keep one in the bathroom, one in my purse at all times, and one in my car. I wouldnt think of leaving the house without one!
