> 24 hourIll start by stating that I do not own a macbook. I got this knowing that it may not fit on my laptop perfectly, but also wanted to use it with my phone. the screen does not work at all with my HP laptop, because no all USB-C ports support video out. This is not the fault of this device, rather that of vague specifications and lack of standards. ive conneted this to several dell laptops at work, as well as my samsung chromebook, all of which seem to work great. i connected it to my phone (Galaxy s21 ultra) and it poped right up. this screen has a short, built in cable at the bottom so that you can use the port on the side for an additional power source. this does not work on my phone. i have to plug the single cable from my phone into the side port. this means that there is no way to charge the phone while using it, which is a shame. the picture quality is good and the screen seems to be responsive. the case itself seems well made. im planning on keeping this in my vehicle, along with a bluetooth keyboard and mouse so that I can use my phone like a pc when i need a little more screen area.

> 24 hourPROS +Completely Plug-N-Play via included Type-C cable. NO need for drivers or additional software +Fairly Compact for Travel +Well-Designed with Metal Construction NEUTRAL ~Due to the metal used, fairly heavy ~Screen colors are a bit washed out SUMMARY If you travel a lot or just simply need more screen real estate when youre working on your MacBook, this is a fantastic solution! Love how theres no additional software or ancillary power cables required. My MacBook just instantly could use the screen once I plugged it in via the Type-C port.

> 24 hourA beautiful portable monitor. Amazed by its quality. Found out the display setting should be adjusted to have the suitable display resolution.

> 24 hourWorks very well on my small size Macbook screen. No extra cable is needed to connect, the cable is attached to the monitor itself. Made of metal kind material but still light weight and very easy to carry around.

> 24 hourThe resolution was garbage, it was like having a 90s flip phone resolution on my mac. Too heavy, anything more than a slight angle and the screen would fall back and it has no kickstand. Could not pivot enough to be useful in any direction. The only thing I could see this for is using it as a training device on the back of a laptop if someone was sitting across from you. It did fit and stay on my mac well, that much I can say. I will stick with my iPad and my Mountie clamp. It was worth a shot.

> 24 hourI ordered this monitor not realising it was designed specifically for the MacBook Pro. My wife owns one, but she didnt really need an extra monitor, while I was in dire need for my Dell XPS 13. Fortunately the monitor is also compatible with my Dell. Sort of. The backplate of the monitor is shaped to fit the Macbook, with slightly curved edges to match its contours, so it doesnt attach very well to my square edged Dell. It still works, though. The image quality is very good, though not quite up to the standard of my own laptop (which has a 4K screen, so I wasnt expecting it to). Colour representation is pretty accurate, and I like the matte screen. Im giving this monitor 4 stars simply because I dont think theres any real point in making a monitor that only fits a specific laptop. Ive tested plenty of excellent monitors that can be easily attached to laptops of any size, so this seems like a solution in search of a problem. Other than that, though, its very good.

> 24 hourThis was really easy to set up and as soon as I plugged it in, it started working perfectly. I only have two issues with it. First is the weight of it. If I lean my screen back too far it falls back and if I lean it too far forward it shuts close because the screen is so heavy. As you see in the photo I have it secured in place with a pillow so it doesn’t move which is kind of annoying to have to do. Secondly the screen color doesn’t match the MacBook, so when my laptop screen is white, the extra screen looks more yellow. I’ve tried changing the resolution and color but can’t get it to closely match. Otherwise it’s a great addition and solves the problem of having such a small screen.

> 24 hourBeen looking for something like this for a while, I always want something that able to fit my MacBook. The display quality is not the same level as my original MacBook screen but totally runs well as an external monitor. Worth every penny I spent.

> 24 hourI puchased a single screen external monitor for my MacBook last year, been used it for almost a year had no problem. Decided to upgrade my tool since I use my Macbook more and more. It seems like this product is for Macbook exclusive, the price is kind of on my budge. The product itself comes with an extra type C cable, however the other type c cable is attached to the monitor, which is an amazing design. The barracket fit my 13.3 inches screen perfectly and display quality is high resolution. The prodcut is made of some kind of metal material which is more stable than plastic I believe. High recommended if you own a Macbook.
