> 3 dayI was able to repair my son’s cracked iPad screen with this. I was pleasantly surprised by everything that was included (double sided tape was easy to use). If you are looking for a low cost repair this is a good option.

> 3 daySuper easy to install and works great! Definitely get a tube of adhesive because the adhesive that comes in it sucks. But if you use more adhesive, it’s good.

> 3 dayThis was my first time replacing a screen and it went very well. I am someone who does some home handyman work but disassembling and reassembling electronics is not on my normal work list. The videos and tutorials, and taking your time, really pays off to get it right, easy to install. If you do this try to keep your original home button and wiring, for then your Touch ID will still work. I accidentally cut the wire when taking apart so had to use the new home button. Connecting that is tricky as well, be sure you pay attention to how the old one was connected and use the adhesive-wire to keep it in place. Lots of delicate little connectors so don’t force things and take your time!!!

Greater than one weekI replaced my broken screen last week. In the beginning it worked well. But next day, I found there was a small crack in the left corner. Then I sent email to JPUNG customer service, they replied soon: Hello, the screen may be damaged in transit, we can send you a free replacement directly. You will not need to return the screen to avoid the return process. The new screen is still covered by the warranty. Any ideas, you can tell us. Thanks for understanding! I like their attitude from customers side.

> 3 dayAttaching the screen was effortless. Removing the old screen was most of the work. There were no issues with adhesion or the screens quality. Touch works. The button works. It is important to note that third-party Home buttons do not support Touch id functionality, so be prepared to use your old button if you want to use Touch id functionality. Great product.

Greater than one weekGreat kit and tool set. The instructions were not clearly translated, and they left out some key points. Why even include instructions if they’re not complete and accurate? Luckily YouTube had the answers. The adhesive didn’t completely work, but some glue did the trick. In the end I was happy with the product, and the screen works great.
