We were given a used or returned item as new. We were literally leaving the next day so there wasnt much we could do about it, but when you order something new, its nice to have it new. There is a protective film that is attached to the luggage when its new, and that had been completely removed. Plus there were scuff marks.

We love to travel with our lady bug. Lots of room for her stuff to feel like a big girl with her own luggage! Travelled a few times over the past year and it has held up (not including the times she wants to simply push it around the house.)

It is easy for my 5 yr old to manage , and surprisingly enough it has a decent capacity, I was able to fit everything for an 8 day cruise!! I do pack a little light but very satisfied so far!!

This little frog suitcase is adorable, and seems to be well made. It even has a frog luggage tag and cute fabric lining. I gave it to my 2 year old grandson for Christmas. He is frog-crazy, so its perfect for him. He came to visit the other day with his suitcase. Inside was one tiny toy, but I guess he decided he needed to use his frog suitcase to transport it safely!

Beautiful luggage/suitcase. So cute, spacious and sturdy. Bought it for my granddaughter for Christmas. Put some clothes in one side and toys in the other side. Both sides are deep and have a zipper.
