We were given a used or returned item as new. We were literally leaving the next day so there wasnt much we could do about it, but when you order something new, its nice to have it new. There is a protective film that is attached to the luggage when its new, and that had been completely removed. Plus there were scuff marks.

This was light and easy to roll just as described. My four year old rolled this through international travel and it withstood the test of a young one! We fit a a fleece blanket, snacks, stuffed animals, and three sets of extra clothing without overstuffing it. The zippered area was perfect for separating toys and loose items from the quick grab items like the blanket.

Bought this as an Easter basket, and went to take off plastic covering and notice the bottom is already falling apart. It has never been used!

My son is 3 years old and he is fanatic with frogs. When he received the luggage as a gift he was so happy. I think is pretty light and has good space like any regular carry on. Great purchase.

Got it for my grandson to go and visit his fathers family in Michigan.

My son loves his new shark luggage! It tools easily, so easily he can talk it himself at 3 years old. I didn’t give it five stars bc I noticed it was already broken and the lining coming out before even using it. I wish I had noticed sooner bc I would have returned it but I noticed as I was packing for a trip the first time.
