these lightweight scissors are not lightweight when it comes to using them. they cut through heavy fabric with ease. they are applique scissors. they make tight corners and rounded edges with ease. I have too pair! they dogs chewed the haddles on one pair - I glued them back together and ordered a new pair. I havent opend the 2nd pair yet the glue job worked and they are still cutting great.

Great little pair of scissors! Got them for doing appliqué on the advice of a few other people. Glad I did!! Cut beautifully.
